George Jacob Holyoake
one of the pioneers of Co
-operation, who for nearly 70
years was a strenuous worker
for liberty and reform.

The Co-operative Union changed its name to Co-operatives UK in 2001.
This is the story of its first hundred years.

Holyoake House was built in 1911
